11:00 AM - $8 Herbalicious Cooking: Mastering Fresh Herbs in the Kitchen by Chef John Alunni, The Cutting Edge Classroom, Knoxville.   Limited seating, buy tickets here. Chef John will give you an overview of the importance of using fresh herbs to elevate your cooking as well as how to harvest and store them.  He will demonstrate how to make two recipes and you will be able to sample the dishes prepared.
